The LIVEPRO Lateral Resistor System was developed to improve leg strength. The resistance bands, attached to the ankle with the help of foot cuffs, create a counterforce when the legs move laterally. It tightens the legs, hips and gluteus. The sheathing of the resistance bands provides security in case a band should be itchy.
